We will determine possible outcomes of offspring by phenotype and genotype.

  1. Bellringer
  2. Complete the next section of Forensics: Blood Types. Students will be given scenarios about blood types of parents and babies. Students will determine if the children of the parents are their own based on determining whether the blood types are compatible.
  3. Lab: Make a Monster. This is a virtual lab. Read the introduction and answer the pre-lab questions. Then work online to create a monster. The Punnett square activity will help students be able to match phenotypes with the genotypes given in the Punnett Squares. Students will record their data in the table provided.
  4. Exit Slip: complete the conclusion questions on the lab.
